New Shooters Handbook that combines all rulebooks into one

SASS has produced a new Shooters Handbook that combines the old SHB with the RO-I Manual.  It has already been updated to version 22.3  in November 2017 to clarify some confusing verbiage.  It is available on the SASS Website here:

Howdy,

A good move by SASS to consolidate rules regulating SASS/CAS into one text. I'm sure we will still have "WTC" (what's the call) questions and clarifications from Palewolf.
