Rule Clarification: Overloading the Rifle

Apropos of our "9 rifle shot" stage yesterday (which has become so uncommon these days that we may not be familiar with the rules...), here is a link to a document that clarifies the potential penalties involved:

Please note that the section of this document that talks about dropped or ejected ammo being "dead" is NO LONGER in effect.  That rule was changed at the last Territorial Governors' meeting.
