Does anyone use one of these?

Is it SASS legal? I could not find any info in the SASS rules.

Yes, they are legal.  I have one that works on my MEC press.

I've seen something similar to River Jordan's original post at Oak Ridge and Cleveland.  One or two shooters had them mounted on their gun carts.

They also sell a manual one (which I also have), but it's a lot of work.

I don't have a MEC shotshell loader --Do you think this can be modified to chuck into a drill press ( or arbor press)

The version Mister Badly mentioned has a 1/4 by 20 screw threaded into the top.  I would imagine a 1/4 by 20 threaded rod could easily be chucked in a drill press and screwed into the tool.  Of course, there would be no need to spin it.  Can't speak to the arbor press idea.
