I have a bunch of these buckets looking for new homes.  They measure 10 x 12 inches at the top and are 15 inches deep.  They work great for storing brass, shotgun shells, etc.  Let me know how many you want!

p.s.  I should clarify...these buckets are empty.  No cat litter included.  At least, no fresh cat litter is included.  I could throw in some gently used cat litter if you really want some.
