Yeah,

Rough day for the Winter Solstice at 56' with an expected high of 58'. Ya just might coax Widder out of hibernation today.

Hasta Luego, Keystone

We could go to Stonehenge and party with some Druids!  I wonder if they had any ale that long ago?

Season's greetings to each of you and your families!

Mongo,  I'm pretty sure the Druids had some form of ale.  My great-great grandfather was probably a Druid and family legend says he was constantly imposing his law on the peasants around him while in a drunken rage. :)

Seriously though, if anyone gets the opportunity to visit Stonehenge, take the trip.  Regardless of the ever changing theories surrounding the place, it will inspire you.

Merry Christmas.

I'd like to see Stonehenge on a solstice, but I bet it would be crowded.  The day I visited Stonehenge, it was a cool, drizzly day and very few people were there.  Being nearly alone made for an interesting experience.

p.s. Hey, Randy, now there is an anniversary trip idea for you and your wife....
