On the SASS Wire there is a thread about whether shuffling your feet with a cocked gun is an SDQ offense.
Pale Wolf clarified that this rule was changed in January 2016 and the rule now allows the shooter to move both feet as long as s/he is not changing "location." Otherwise the "basketball travelling" rule is still in effect.
