The Snow Event of January 29,2019
« on: January 29, 2019, 10:27:02 AM »
Did I miss something??? Oh where, oh where did the snowflakes fall. Definitely absent from West Knoxville except for a light dusting for about 1 hour. Far from the 1"-3" predicted. Must have been in the higher elevations. So, Anita & Jackalope, how'd y'all fair up on the ridge?

We had almost 2 inches in Maryville.  Heavy snow, stuck to every thing except the roads. The weight broke off a good size branch on one of my maple trees. The snow is still on the ground here.

Not much happened by the river.  There was a little dust of snow early this morning on the porch roof and south yard, but it was gone by mid-day.

Suits me just fine.

Zero snow for us, but we still had a day off.

Two full inches here at the Harley House, stuck heavily to every tree and bush.
As it falls from the trees little by little, it looks like it has snowed, again. >:(
