The match for Tuesday May 4, 2021 is cancelled.

Hope was held out for the last possible moment but it looks like the weather turned really lousy on us.

Hopefully the weather forecast for the May Tuesday match will improve over the weekend so that we can gather for some Cowboy Action Shooting.

If you intend to come please indicate by posting here.

I will keep an eye on the forecast to see if we need to cancel the match.  Your input will be very much appreciated.

General Discussion / Tuesday Match
« on: March 02, 2021, 02:31:19 PM »
Tuesday March 9, 9AM

Most of us are starting to come out of our winter fog and this will be a good time to get out in the fresh air. Looking ahead the temps look favorable.

Traditonally, Tuesday matches have been a "non-category" affair.
Shoot your category or mix it up on different stages. Where else are you going to have this much fun trigger time for $5.00?

Anita Margarita has again agreed to write the stages and as always they prove both fun and challenging.

$5.00 is the match fee. If possible please have the exact amount.  (The money handler gets less agitated and confused that way.  :D )

As per usual here lately: distancing and mask wearing at your personnel discretion.

See y'all there!

OK pards how about a later start time for Tuesday's match?

11AM will give a little extra snooze time for some folks and give Cumberland Mountain John a sunnier drive time.

General Discussion / Cancelllation:Tuesday Cowboy Match
« on: December 02, 2020, 05:55:58 PM »
UPDATE:Due to the weather being on the chilly side (down right cold to some), covid-19, and a few other odds and ends the Tues match is cannceled. Looking toward March as the new restart for this match.

I have agreed to "oversee" the Tuesday match. Just
trying to get an idea for participation Dec 8.

Anita Margarita will write the stages but will need lead time (accidental pun).

Please post here if you intend on coming Tuesday.

The weather looks clear and sunny for Tues but cold. Start time temp around freezing with a real feel about 25 degrees. Dress warm. Hope to see y all there!

Trading Post / *Sold*'nother Shotgun for Sale
« on: August 04, 2017, 03:52:00 PM »
Stoeger Coachgun 12 gauge. This beauty is nickel in finish with 20 inch barrels and has removable chokes. All the action work has been done for smooth loading and easy opening. Double triggers for quick follow up shots. A nice rubber buttpad helps to dampen the recoil when heavy loads are called for on stubborn knockdown targets.

No box but a soft gun case is included. A couple of slight safe dings in the wood but the metal looks really good. As far as I can tell this shotgun has not been fired.

I will bring to the Oakridge Outlaws set up on Sunday August 6, Tues and Saturday Match as well.

You will look good shooting this one!

$500.00

Thanks for looking!
