Renewing your SASS membership

If your SASS membership renewal date is before Nov 1, your renewal fee is supposed to be $45.  After that, the price goes up to $65. 

Problem is that if you go to renew online, they are already charging $65 for everyone and they don't tell you that you may not have to pay that much.   >:(  You have to call them to renew at the correct rate.

If you already renewed at the higher rate, you can call and get a refund.

I would give them a "Spirit of the Game" penalty for their lack of customer service in the past year or so

Does anyone know if they still have a 3 year renewal at a discount.  This is what I have used for my family in the past.

PS.  I called and that do not offer 3 year renewal discount any longer.
