Yes for close targets 3-7 yards revolver, 10-20 yards rifle, 6 -8 yard shootgun

Hard for me to even see the targets at that distance!

Seriously I prefer the closer targets but a match with various target distances  probably would suite a majority of shooters but the sport has mostly gone closer. The clubs with way out targets I believe have lost shooters. One particular club I’ve shot at in Oregon several tiimes is an example of that
