My preference for starting times varies by the weather: In the winter I would prefer to start later, in the summer I'd prefer to start even earlier than 9am.  And I'm not even a morning person!  :)

One thing to take in consideration is the out of town shooters.Not talking about myself as I can shoot early, late or later as I’m up early anyway but some are not. Also at the Rangers the time zones are a factor also and could be at the Outlaws matches too.
