Best Practices for conducting a match

All members of SASS should have gotten this notice from SASS. If you are a member and did not get an email check you spam folder or SASS does not have your correct information.
We need everyone to read this bulletin, we will have a form at the June shoot stating you have read this and we will have extra copies for those that have not read it. Not everything will apply to East TN but we will have a lot of it.
We will provide hand sanitizer, if you want gloves please bring you own, same for mask, keep distancing in mind, it will fall apart at times but we will make an effort to keep some distance between shooters. We will have smaller posses, only one on the loading table at a time unless we can figure out how to have multiple tables, we will still need unloading officers but only 5 on the line at any time. Shooter, TO, 3 spotters with distance between them. There is an inherent risk with this virus we need to keep aware of. The Oak Ridge Outlaws and their officers will do everything we can to help eliminate that risk but as in most thing the responsibility will be up to the individual people. TO's will be required to wear mask or bandanna however it will be up to the shooter to decide if they want to wear one.

Again as I have stated in numerous postings, if you are in the high risk group, interact with anyone in the high risk group, are uncomfortable getting around people right now please stay home and stay safe.
