RO Class
« on: November 27, 2019, 12:01:12 PM »
I would like to offer an RO I class in either December or January with out stepping on any shoots. That leaves the First or Third Saturday or any Sunday. What day would be best for the most folks is my question.
Give me a little feedback and I will ask Doc to reserve the clubhouse for that day.

I know we need an RO II class also but I would like to get RO I first and then offer the RO II class. RO II also is live fire so it is weather/temperature limited. I don't want to teach in the cold.

I will probably have to go with early January but will have to get with Doc and see when we can get the club house.

I am going to ask Doc to get the club house for the 19th if we can and will have an ROI class. Does it need to be after 12:00? The class will take from 3 to 4 hours depending on the class size and amount of questions you all will have. Let me know if we need it afternoon or if late morning will work.
The cost is $25 first time $10 for refresher course. This pays for the paper work and pins.

ROI is required before you can take ROII. You also need to keep up with refresher classes so if you have not had it in a while it would be a good idea to take it again as we have had a few rule changes in the past few years.

Vic, take care of yourself. I will have plenty of other classes over the next year or so.

Everyone else, ORSA has agreed to let us use the club house on Sunday the 19th. My supplies are on the way from SASS so we should be good to go. Lets start at 11:00 hope to have it wrapped up about 2:00 or there about. We can grab some food afterwards if anyone is interested.

I will bring some water and snacks, we will take a few breaks during the class but it flows pretty smoothly. Let me know who all plans to be there if you can. The club house is the first drive on hwy 95, I will have the gate open until the class starts. We will be sharing with the shot-gunners but it should all be good.
