Fun, but a little chilly.  I had a train wreck and a number of misses.

We found a new Mexican place not far from the range.  It has more seating than the old place.  The food was good and, most importantly, they had beer. When you leave Big Turtle park, turn right and keep going.  You continue through the intersection where we use to turn right.  The restaurant is on your left by the Sprint phone store.  I says Mexican Food on the sign.  I did not see a name displayed.

Congratulations Johnny Harlan !

Do they have a full service bar, for those who might prefer adult beverages other than beer? The location sounds promising.

It looked like a full bar, but our group only drank beer, so I am not positive.

Charly, your scoresheet shows 36.48 and 4 misses on stage 2.  I figure that would be a pretty memorable trainwreck for you ....    Did someone write it down wrong?

The restaurant is called Los Caballeros.  It has the standard menu you would expect.  Nice interior with tables you can push together.  Clean bathrooms.  Pretty good service for an unexpected group of 8.

Well,

A quick look at stage #2 scores reveals a shooter who finished near the bottom having placed 5th on stage #2.

I was reloading last night and remembered the round I had jacked out on my "train-wreck" stage this past Saturday.  I had saved the round in a plastic bag.  Why reload a round if you have a perfectly good one left from the last shoot?  I noticed, when I pulled the round out of the bag, it had a good strike on the primer!  :( :(

Can I sue Federal for emotional distress?

Probably not much of a Federal case, especially if you get ignition on a second hammer strike.

Mongolina, maybe you need to take a few days off of work and hold one of your cats. That seems to help the folks on the Left Coast.

If the cat thing doesn't work, it always feels good to be generous.
I suggest donating jacked out rounds to you're competition!
